Social media is a blessing for me to keep connected with loved ones, but a curse if I find myself spending too much time on it or stressing over it. Spending time outdoors helps me connect with the earth, and meditation and reading helps me connect with myself 📚💚

I think social media is both. It helps me stay in contact with my relatives in England and in other parts of the U.S. Social media can be very negative at times. I stay connected (grounded) by listening to music that inspires me and getting outside by myself.
