My new stance after thinking about this: Jayden Daniels is the best QB this team has had in my life and it’s not close. Are there durability concerns? Sure. But I’ll take my chances knowing that he can play vs hoping this team can find another one with extra picks.

Redskins in tough predicament. Jayden Daniels due for a new contract in offseason. Deal will be over $60M per season and potentially surpass Mahomes as leagues highest paid player. Played just 11 of last 23 games. Do you at least listen? Say Vikings offer 2027-2028-2029 1st Rounders?

Quinn on Laremy Tunsil: He's hit all his markers so far, and is a few weeks away from his next check-up appointment. Will have an update at that time.

Great opportunity for Commanders RB Rachaad White to have a big game on Sunday night. That Eagles run defense got destroyed by Javonte Williams and the Cowboys O-Line on Monday night.

Quinn said going forward this likely will be the case for Diggs each week. Said it wasn't related to any hand injury he appeared to suffer vs. SF

Quinn said they're holding WR Stefon Diggs out of practice today but he'll be full-go tomorrow.

The Guarantee! DB Amik Robertson says the Commanders will win this game on Sunday night against the Eagles. Amik said, "we definitely need to win this game and we will." I then asked "sounds like a guarantee?" Amik responded, "it has to be."

With the trade deadline looming it's easy to say Washington should sell. They likely should. But if a young guy with control is available at a reduced cost, that's something that can make sense. (yes, that's Brian Thomas Jr's music)

Question of the Day - Which option would you prefer? Option A - Sneak into the playoffs at 8-8-1 because of a bad division. Coaching staff remains for 2027. Option B - Secure #1 pick with 2-14-1 record. Staff fired and young offensive HC hired. Draft Jeremiah Smith.

HOF Kurt Warner questioned if Jayden Daniels is being aggressive enough —bold talk from a QB who had Hall of Fame and Pro Bowl receivers most of his career. If Warner had #Commanders weapons, he would have found himself back bagging groceries. My column washingtontimes.com/news/202…

LOVERRO: Jayden Daniels gets dinged for playing it too safe

There must be no more room to stick pins on the Dan Quinn doll, and sticking pins in the David Blough doll is boring, so the attention has turned to sticking pins in Washington Commanders quarterback

#Chiefs are targeting Jaguars WR Brian Thomas Jr., per sources. Jacksonville wants a 1st-round pick in exchange. The 2024 1st-round pick offers an attractive target profile and an easily manageable rookie deal with multiple years of team control remaining. Sources add Kansas City is keeping tabs on #Jets WR Garrett Wilson as well, along with potential pass-rush help. #ChiefsKingdom #NFL #NFLTradeDeadline
