Claudio Ranieri on Brighton's incredible project: "First of all, congratulations to Fabian Hürzeler. What he is doing at Brighton is truly remarkable. But I don't want to praise only the manager. I want to praise the entire football club, from the ownership and sporting directors to the recruitment department, coaching staff and every player. Look at the structure of this football club. Look at their recruitment. They identify talented players, develop them, give them opportunities and, even when bigger clubs come calling for their best players, they never lose their identity. They have lost some of their biggest talents over the years, yet they continue to rebuild, compete and sometimes become even better. That is not luck. That is an incredible football structure. Fabian Hürzeler deserves enormous credit. He has given this team an identity, confidence, intensity and a clear way of playing. They are not afraid of anybody. Look at what they have achieved already this season. They have beaten Arsenal 3-0, and now they have gone to the Etihad and beaten Manchester City. These are not small achievements. They are third in the Premier League with 19 points, just two points behind Manchester City and Arsenal, who still have a game to play. They have scored 24 goals, the highest in the league, and conceded just seven, the second-best defensive record. For me, if there is one team capable of producing another Leicester City-style Premier League title story, it is this Brighton team. I am not saying they will win the league tomorrow. Football is unpredictable, and the season is long. But never underestimate a club with such a clear vision, excellent recruitment and a manager who knows exactly what he wants. Sometimes, you don't need the biggest budget or the biggest names. You need the right people, the right structure and the courage to believe in your project. Brighton are showing us exactly that."
