It’s time we start demanding consistency from Pedri in big games. He was good against Bayern, but terrible against Madrid. His performance reminded me of the Atlético game. Is it fatigue? Is he burnt out? We’ve put these players on such a pedestal that we barely question them. We need to demand more from Pedri. Rodri was also terrible yesterday, but it was his first big game as a starter, so I’ll hold off on judging him. Pedri, though? I’ve seen enough of his big-game performances to start asking questions. We can’t keep settling for occasional flashes of brilliance. He needs to deliver consistently when it matters most.
