If you are referring to @Protodude’s old post about it, that was NOT the actual game, and instead a fan made recreation by Megacocorock / Tarbo using Flash. The remix is available on the Rockman 8FC website though: w.atwiki.jp/rockman8/pages/1…

Butterscotch (a GML runner originally made to run Undertale/part of Deltarune on PS2) was ported to 3DS, idk if that fork works with AM2R but here is a video of that on PS2 youtu.be/SFwcyOjBxA8
