Doesn’t this go against the premise of afc? We have equal pay for equally valued skill sets/responsibilities. I feel this could lead to pay increases for nurses, while other groups of vital NHS staff are left behind with a smaller voice. Glad the IBMS are raising this #ibms #nhs
The IBMS raises concerns to the Secretary of State, for Health and Social Care's letter to nurses. While we welcome the Government's announcement to work with Unions, we are concerned about the offer for a separate pay spine for nurses.
