I'm still working through what I can and cannot do re: Twitter, but the blog is certainly shutting down. Will figure out how to deal w/ alternative contact if needed later. I made a cursory post on the blog as well, though obviously there's a lot of audience overlap.
I started when I was 18, started to feel comfortable at 21-22, now I’m 24. Some days I’m still not sure what exactly I have to show for it, but it’s always nice to have smart people in your corner who are willing to sing your praises if nothing else.

SoC improved from 30% ORR to 43% which is about right, maybe still a little low. Since control improved, the OG 49% in 30mg group doesn't cut it anymore, so they split it to the 30mg FOLFIRI group only at 72.2% ORR. cont below
