Both whales and small wallets are still bullish on $BATON
Mild net inflows came in over the past 7 days across these groups
BATON is following majors closely right now so expect it to mimic those moves
If sharp whale outflows appear, that correlation to majors will likely stop
In that scenario, extreme downside is likely

we may currently be down in price but I am as bullish as ever
-> pumpfun is positioning itself to become the #1 in the space
-> attention is flowing to pump token & pump pairs
-> some big (bad) holders were able to be shaken out by shortterm noise giving opportunity for healthy redistribution
I am super bullish & think this is a genny opportunity & bet on the ecosystem of custom pairs on pump
$pump <-> $baton
I’m prepared for majors to go lower.
But I also believe some onchain coins will bottom well before them, just like $NEET & $PUMPCADE did in february, bottoming way ahead of $BTC.
One of my bets is $BATON. I think it’s going to go absolutely parabolic once pump starts printing some green candles again.
Pump pairing just make sense
Replying to @Pickle_cRypto @Agonybeard
this is without pricing in upside of pump becoming money-ness due to custom launchpad pairings & infra layer for experimentation onchain

Meanwhile $BATON still holds $330K worth of net inflows from whales
Net $109K from MM wallets too
Only small retail wallets are big sellers on BATON over the past 30 days
The current pullback on it is consistent with broader market weakness
It lacks big whale sell-side pressure
Consistent with how much conviction whales have here, BATON will likely be one of the fastest to recover
Keep an eye on how whale flows progress here, a pivot to big outflows may flip the script

state of onchain cycle where devs are EXTREMELY profitable with close to zero risk, and faster than any normal human
the game of new pair tweets with the tools now is 80-90% solved, and the first window of a coins narrative and volume has become a playing ground of transferring liq from bored traders with money to desperate devs, who will most likely never ever bring liq back into the market, because why would they risk P when they can keep doing what theyre doing?
its become more prevalent than ever to bid and hold “aged” narratives with longevity, coins that survive the window of pvp
$Baton on the table

$BATON isn’t just a $100m runner lol. People are still underestimating how far it could go. This is probably the best meme to come out of pumpfun. It’s a long term bet on $PUMP: for $BATON to lose relevance, $PUMP would have to suffer a LUNA-level collapse. If you believe $PUMP could one day become a $100bn company, short-term price action in $BATON shouldn’t change the thesis.

Been thinking a lot about $BATON lately and why I still have so much conviction in it. For me, it really comes down to a few things.
First, I think $PUMP has a legitimate shot at becoming one of the biggest alts of this cycle. And if that happens, I find it hard to believe the ecosystem around it won't attract significant attention.
Second, $BATON has something that no future Pump-paired token can take away from it. It was first. That might sound insignificant now, but in crypto, being the original token associated with an emerging narrative can carry a lot of weight.
Third, I think people are underestimating what it actually means to be paired with $PUMP rather than SOL. You're not just speculating on another meme. You're getting exposure to a token whose trading ecosystem is directly connected to the altcoin you're bullish on. That relationship creates a very different narrative, even if it doesn't guarantee price appreciation.
Fourth, every new Pump-paired token that launches brings more attention to the category itself. And when people start exploring a new category, one of the first things they tend to look for is the original.
Then there's the community.
I've watched people continue showing up, creating content, building relationships and supporting the project through periods when there was very little excitement in the market.
That's something I value far more than a few days of impressive price action.
I also think there's a bigger point people are missing.
You don't necessarily need to predict every new narrative if you've already identified one that could become much larger over time.
Like I said yesterday, I've made the mistake of constantly rotating between tickers, trying to catch every move, only to realize that sometimes I was better off sticking with my original thesis.
Of course, being first doesn't automatically make something the winner. The market still has to recognize that value, and the community has to keep delivering.
But when I look at the combination of $PUMP's potential, $BATON's position as the first paired token, and the community that's forming around it, I still see a very compelling opportunity.
My thesis has never been that $BATON needs to outperform every new ticker tomorrow. It's that the entire Pump-paired category could become significantly more relevant, and $BATON is uniquely positioned within it.
That's what I'm betting on.
And I think we're still early in seeing how this narrative develops.
