The largest hack in crypto history just hit the largest exchange. And Binance is absorbing it. $6.3B drained. ~$3B already frozen. The rest covered by its SAFU fund and its own money. User funds: safe. What the on-chain data shows 🧵

Don't panic about Binance. 🛡️ Tether and Circle have reportedly frozen ~$1.8B in affected funds. And don't forget: Binance's SAFU Fund reportedly holds 15,000 BTC (~$1.2B). That's another potential safety net if there's a remaining shortfall.
User funds are safe! It does look like a hack on Binance. Appreciate the quick freeze from Tether (~$971m) and Circle (~$823m). I don't manage Binance (.com) anymore, but as a shareholder, I expect all user funds will be fully covered.

It looks like Brazil is finding out: You can vote your way into communism, but you can't vote your way out.

Changing your methodology to block inclusion of one company is wild. Either way, MSCI isn't exactly a leader when it comes to US indices, relatively little AUM actually track them. And for good reason apparently.

Bull market: confirmed. Bitcoin closed above its 365-day moving average for the first time since March 2023 — the line that has called every bull market since 2019. Next resistance: $88K–$90K.

This is what crypto-backed lending is for: accessing liquidity without having to sell into a down market. Thanks @cryptoquant_com for digging into the CoinRabbit data!
Bear market whales didn't sell. They borrowed. @CoinRabbitLoans data shows loans per user up 74% (retail) and 18% (HNWI) from the 2025 bull to the 2026 bear. HNWI cut Bitcoin's collateral share in half (57.8%→30.5%), rotating into ZEC. Retail stayed XRP-led throughout.
