The bitmapwin.app/launch page is the Launch Grandstandโa live, 3D voxel spectator stadium counting down to the full BITMAPWIN launch.
Here is what is happening inside:
The Crowd: 480 real Bitmapper wallets hold permanent seats in the arena, mapped from earliest visitor activity. The front row (seats #1โ100) is Founders Row. Each avatar renders with their actual on-chain BITMAP Pixel face, club hairstyle (Marauders, Emporium), and their held BITMAP flag. ๐งโณ๏ธ
The Stage & Jumbotron: Above the stage, a massive one-sided CRT screen streams Elevated Dabberโs live broadcast (bitmap.stream) alongside community sponsor banners.
Floor Staff: Inscribed 3D canonical Biternam crew members (Dev9, Anchorman, Tornado, Dabber, BOP, Mr. Shiddy) patrol the floor in orange staff gear.
Interactive Mini-Mechanics:Claim / Sit in My Seat: Wallet holders prove ownership via a BIP-322 signature to sit in their reserved spot and refresh their look.
Seat Inspector: Tap any seat to see their wallet, held BITMAPs, and dossier.
Popcorn Minigame: Buy popcorn for 30 BIT from the wardrobe and throw kernels at the stage screen with a live hit counter.
Arena SFX: Retro synth sound effects (airhorn, crowd chants, popcorn pops, stadium organ).

We're building an open 3D asset standard for Bitmap, with a debut drop under it in development.
It's all on-chain and open to every creator, and the goal is for it to be interoperable with every Bitmap world and game.

Difficulties I have ran into whilst trying to inscribe ordinals as a non coder.
Picked chatgpt over claude - I find Claude makes less mistakes and portrays my ideas better.
All the different view sizes - had to build an ordinal scanner to pre scan my ordinals to fit and center
End points and what i can do with them.
Ordiscan and ordinals .com don't show things the same way or work the same way.
unintended, unwanted text selection - annoying and now scan for it.
Parent child inscriptions not as easy as it sounds as there's a connecter piece
image-hosting restriction - create your own things to avoid being censored and don't copyright
Chatbots delete things you need to make space and add things without asking - put them on a leash
Make small mistakes first, you will grab ideas from where you failed and reuse good ideas which worked
Always ask permission
I think we all need to adapt and build easy ideas to latch onto for the coming wave of vibe coders who can't code, but use claude.
The average person understands things in laymans terms - click, connect, add, remove - modular, easy to use, easy to share.
If we expect everyone to try to understand technical terms via github and add coder knowledge needed to use projects then the people won't come
