Lol, I just stopped by to educate you a little. First, a DJI Pocket 4 is a handheld camera, not a drone.
I requested a repair referral because it’s a relatively new gadget in this part of the world. Kindhearted Nigerians who support HE Peter Obi’s presidential ambition offered to replace it. The support wasn’t for me personally, but a gesture of goodwill towards the campaign.
One indicator of a candidate’s acceptance is the willingness of people to support without coercion or expectations of anything in return. That’s something you, your boss and the APC cannot boast of.
I’m where I’m treated with respect, dignity and love. I can’t say the same for you. I’d encourage you to join the brighter side of the divide, so you won’t be shouting “Akanbi” on a hot Thursday afternoon.
Esther, take a moment to look at yourself. After years of working with Peter Obi, you still have to come on X to solicit crowdfunding before you can afford a basic work tool like a drone.
Have you ever seen any of Peter Obi’s children come online to beg for financial assistance? Why do politicians' children enjoy comfort while young people who dedicate their lives working for them struggle to afford basic necessities?
Never make a politician your entire future. Build your own life!

I went through @osemagnum posts yesterday and that of @Oluwamidunsin , and honestly, I was very disappointed with you, @osemagnum.
I'm not one of your X crew who cannot tell you when you're wrong. On this particular issue, you were wrong.
How can you argue with a fellow doctor who has experienced pregnancy firsthand, using textbook knowledge, clinical observations and assumptions from watching pregnant women, as though these give you the same experiential understanding as someone who has actually gone through pregnancy?
Let me be clear. I'm not dismissing medical education. I'm saying there is a difference between knowing about an experience and actually experiencing it.
You can study pregnancy for years, understand reproductive anatomy, complications, contractions, labour and delivery. You can become a highly qualified gynaecologist or obstetrician. But you cannot claim to know exactly how pregnancy feels simply because you studied it.
You can understand menstruation medically, but you cannot tell a woman what it feels like to experience it. Even men who enter the labour room to watch their wives give birth only witness what their wives actually experience.
There is a recognised concept in medicine called patient expertise or experiential knowledge.
Ian Kennedy's article, Patients are experts in their own field, published in the British Medical Journal, explains that doctors have clinical expertise while patients have knowledge of their own experiences, feelings, fears and realities. Both forms of knowledge matter.
Read: pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/article…
Interestingly, research on doctors who became patients themselves has shown how firsthand experiences can change their understanding of healthcare and their approach to treating patients.
Read: pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/article…
If doctors themselves can discover a different dimension of healthcare by becoming patients, why is it difficult to acknowledge that women who have experienced pregnancy possess a dimension of knowledge that men who have never been pregnant cannot personally possess?
Now, let's address your long epistles about whether a woman would tell foreign bodies that pregnancy is a death sentence if asked.
Excuse me!
Have you seen the United Nations Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights publication titled "When pregnancy and birth are a death sentence", published on 24 October 2025?
This is an international conversation about preventable maternal deaths, women's experiences and failures in healthcare systems. But of course you and your best friend Wizard or whatever is his name said internationally, pregnancy isn't regarded as a death sentence. Maybe he knows more than the United nations.
According to WHO estimates, approximately 260,000-300,000 women died from pregnancy-related causes in 2023. That's roughly one-two women every two minutes, 712 to 1000 women in a day.
Source: who.int/news-room/fact-sheet…
When women say pregnancy can be a death sentence, understand that it is a figure of speech, a metaphor communicating the dangers, suffering, complications and sometimes fatal consequences of pregnancy and childbirth.
Nobody is claiming every pregnancy ends in death.
You can disagree with the wording, present medical statistics and explain that many women have healthy pregnancies. That's valid. But you cannot use your medical qualification to invalidate women's lived experiences.
Why should a woman need international approval before she is allowed to describe what pregnancy feels like?
I am not one of your X friends. I'm not here to cheer you on when your argument falls below the bare minimum.
Being educated should make us more willing to learn, not more arrogant about things we have never experienced.
You can be an expert on pregnancy without being an expert on what it feels like to be pregnant.
Please learn the difference.

I’ve been asked to publicly apologise and say I lied about my own experience. I can’t do that, because it isn’t true.
In this video, I explain what was agreed, what happened during my spa session at New Image Makeover Spa, and what followed, and I show you the messages, screenshots and evidence so you can judge for yourself.
I tried to resolve this privately. I paid for the services, asked for my videos to be deleted, and asked for written confirmation. Now I’ve received a solicitor’s letter, and I can’t afford legal representation.

This is not even a tribal thing; it is a Nigerian culture that hates widows and their children.

Men’s families are entitled. They care more about converting their late brother’s properties and frustrating his wife and kids than actually mourning the person they lost.

I am selling rice for N1,000. Rice is essential for everyone to eat. Everyone is buying the rice. Suddenly a new producer comes and says rice is now N10,000. You complain and groan. He now goes “Ok I will give you loan so that you can afford the N10,000 rice”. You now jubilate and say “This man is trying. He cooked with that loan for me to be able to afford rice”
This is the tale of NELFUND.

So, I have this mummy who is my friend. I tend to keep older, married women as friends because sometimes, you need a woman's perspective on certain things, and I like having people I can learn from.
I usually visit her whenever I'm less busy, and we also talk on the phone.
Yesterday, I went to her house as usual, only to discover that she had packed out of her husband's house. 😭😭
Mind you, we've been talking on the phone, and she never mentioned anything to me. I met her husband there, and he told me they were no longer together.
These people have been married for about 28–30 years. 😭
Today, I got her new address and went to visit her. I had some things I wanted to ask her about, and I needed an older woman's perspective because I didn't want a clouded judgment from discussing them with my mum.
So, I asked her, Mummy, you've been married to this man for almost 30 years. What happened?
She said when she married him, she was very young, and her husband was a ruthless man.
According to her, whenever he had money, instead of using it to take care of the family, he would spend it on himself. She would then take up the responsibilities he was supposed to handle.
I asked her how she managed to cope with all of that.
She said, Kò fún mi rárá, ni ahun, Ó fún mi kò tó, ọ̀kánjúà ni n jẹ bẹ. 😭😭
Basically, whatever he could provide, he would provide. Whatever he couldn't or refused to she would find a way to handle it herself.
She didn't always see it as a reason to leave. She had young children, and she wanted to raise them. So she endured.
But it wasn't just financial irresponsibility. This man used to beat her mercilessly, too. 💔
She endured the neglect, the violence, the responsibilities, EVERYTHING, because her children were still young.
Now, fast-forward to the present.
I asked her, But Mummy, why now? After almost 30 years, why leave now? By now, you should be used to it na. 🌚
Do you know what she told me?
Apparently, the man has a health condition he's managing, and now he expects her to take care of him. And according to her, the problem isn't even that he needs care. It's the condescending attitude that comes with it.
The same man who had spent years making her carry responsibilities alone was still physically abusing her on top of everything. 😭
Then came the issue of the house she built with her own money.
The man questioned why she would build a house without his consent. Why would she invest her own money without his permission? And all sorts of things.
According to her, he beat and battered her over these too.
And I think that was the point where she finally said I've had enough.
Her children are grown now. Most of them are in the university. Her last child is around 300 level, and two of her children are even outside Nigeria.
So, she packed her things and moved into the house she built with her own money. 😭
Guess what?
NONE of her children is asking her to return to their father. Not one!
In fact, according to her, the children believe that their father is getting exactly what he deserves. 😭😭😭
And honestly? I LOVE THAT MOVE! 🤭👏🏽
