October 14th is National Life Teammates Day. Inspired by @WillToLiveOrg and @BlackCatFP , it’s a day to honor the friends and teammates who step up for our mental health when it matters most. Shouting out my life teammates today—I’ve got your back ALWAYS!! 🤍🤍

It’s been so cool having Mike here!
Had an awesome opportunity yesterday to complete a motor preferences and muscle activation assessment! I love learning new ways to get the most of my body - so having the chance to connect my MBTI to my motor profiles was so cool! Muscle activation + motor preference = performance + injury prevention!
Thank you @Fastpitch412 and @BlackCatFP for offering me this opportunity! Huge 🙌🏻 to Mike Robles for sharing his expertise and teaching me- I learned so much and can’t wait to put into practice!

We played up in the 16u PGF Show Me The Money tournament. My team did awesome and we had 3 shut out games! I pitched the last game - 5 innings 2 H, 0R, 0BB and 7 SO and fielded 3 outs from the circle. I hit 3 doubles and 1 single. We got rained out for bracket day but we were the 1 seed in our pool! . @PAChaos2012 @BlackCatFP @LineDsoftball @ExtraInningSB @ALLNJSoftball #pitcher #nj #pgfshowmethemoney #softballnj
McKenna has the stuff and the skills to compete at the highest level. She’s consistently shown it since day one.

Throwback Thursday! 🥎
Video from my favorite win this past HS season, a 3-2 upset against #7 ranked Watchung Hills.
Watchung’s team faced committed pitchers from Georgetown, UConn, Fairfield (3x), Drexel (2x) and Princeton, and I gave up the fewest runs (and only 1 earned). Only gave up 4 hits and had 10Ks.
Always fun competing against great competition! 💪

I hit a home run to center field as well as a double to left center. I also pitched 4 Innings giving up 0 earned runs, 1 Hit, 5 Strikeouts, and 0 walks. #gostics #compete

We repeat
24 batters 26 K’s 😂
7-8 at the plate too
One of the best change ups out there Mary! Riseball has been developing beautifully and a new screwball has started putting pressure on batters in a new quadrant.
Great outing today for TNT going 3-0 to continue the fall season! Today I pitched 11.1 innings with 26 k’s, 2 walks, and 2 hits surrendered. I went 7 for 8 at the plate with 2 doubles and 5 singles with a .888 batting average. I also got a great video of my umpire loving my changeup! Here are so some video from today.
