Took some time off after having a panic attack and not sleeping the entire night and doing random shit like smashing my hand, deleting all my browsers where i do crypto related stuff and all my wallets and feeling like quitting and just ending everything for good idk , idr much properly i did weird shit the entire night after it happened and then in the morning I had to try and remain calm and have a plain face in front of my parents, I'm also supposed to go on a trip tomorrow and there is no way I can let them know what I'm going through :/
I lost everything that I had grinded my way back. I've lost big multiple times in the past, previous one being the 10/10 shit last year but I've never had my wallet compromised and zero'd out like this. After the last year shit, i put my irl savings into crypto - what I had saved ever since I was a kid and made back a ton from being early to new projects and just grinding etc. I got drained low 5 figs, Yes I was low 6 figs a couple of years back but rn in my current state of life, this is still a fuck lot of money and had given me hopes of having a full comeback and being able to do things that I want to irl.
Made me feel even more shitty since this is the only thing I'm good at, atleast decent at in my life
I've been scouting twitter and trying to find new narratives or just being early to new shit the past few days since shitters kinda meh atm, I had moved all of my funds to a new EVM wallet recently since I was looking to bid some established coins after the recent market dump.
This is where i did the most basic fucking rookie mistake, I clicked on a random link when I was checking out something and I was just tired and I didn't realize I wasn't using my burner wallet which I always do and I was on my new wallet that I had made a few days back and I approved txs and didn't notice that it drained my wallet.
I feel shitty and helpless asking this.... :/ But if I could get some help, it would be really useful to me 🙏
I really don't want to and I can't quit in my current state and I want to continue grinding my way back up
