I travelled to Porto, Valencia and Athens. Ate my heart out and came back to Toronto, weighed myself and surprise surprise, I did not gain a gram! That shows you how clean the produce and ingredients are in Europe versus North America.

Jet lag is for real. In bed by 8pm (ideal) and waking around 4am (not ideal). How is everyone? I miss the European clock. and why am I seeing only live protests on my feed? Not that I have anything people asking for answers and their rights.

Beirut 🤍 Spent 2 days. Signed all necessary admin paperwork ✅ ate at Mayrig 👌🏻 and Chez Pepe 👌🏻 Cried my eyes out 😭 in the plane while take off. 8 years were too long of a wait. I’ll be visiting again VERY soon 🇱🇧

Staying in Athens in the worst apartment booked through @theblueground Customer service do not pick up the phone nor answer emails. Smelly & leaking washroom, squeaky floors, cluttered closets. Never again. Do not recommend Blueground. #FeelAtHomeFreeToRoam
