Big get for $SPCX
I’m joining the team at @X to lead Product. I am a huge believer in @SpaceX's mission to extend human consciousness to the stars, so it’s time to make shitposting multiplanetary. X is the best way to find out what’s happening in the world right now and talk about it. The team has been working tirelessly to make X a better place and product for the people who love it, and many have noticed the recent momentum. My goal is to help accelerate that momentum for our community, new users, and businesses globally by continuing to make this product beautiful and useful. We are twenty years in, but it truly feels like X’s next chapter will be our greatest. I look forward to your ideas and feedback; I’m sure the replies will be measured and magnanimous.

$MRNA #Intismeran had 6 deaths vs 0 in placebo. Moderna investigators "claim" none related to their drug. The statistical chances are less than 10%. Given they refuse to reveal deaths' details, I would say the chances of that being true are 0. Stock should open Monday at $50.

The bottleneck is not chips or even power. It's money. Rates on bonds up. Equity prices down. Equity financing more expensive. Less money to spend on capex. IDK but doesn't seem great.

$META said ARPU on Muse will eventually be higher than existing ARPU on family of apps. That's triple digit. Incredibly bullish for META if it happens - would 2x revenue at least, using low end of Zuck comments. But where does the share come from? Agentic shopping is not nearly enough GMV to take unless they take a substantial chunk of the TAM and fully disrupt companies like $AMZN. You start killing retail then you also kill your ad customers. Just seems like there are real problems with the napkin math playing out.
Meta said of the 10 million people in the US and Canada who have set up Muse agents in the past six weeks, 25% use it any given day; shopping is the most common use case - average purchase is more than $200. Which means all retailers who have their own agents will now block it

$SNAP in the positive FCF club. Fwiw.

Muse is cool. But the most talked about consumer use case seems to be agentic commerce which I struggle to see as solving a real problem for people. Consumers don't mind shopping. Whether I tell Muse what I want to buy or whether I tell Amazon, I still have to think about it and decide. And I doubt most people will be OK with Muse proactively buying stuff for them. To be fair, researching travel and price comparing on big ticket things is definitely helpful, but not sure why Muse more uniquely qualified for that use case than any other LLM. Most important metric for $META over next 12-18 months will be Muse users.

This is a big deal. Strategic acquisition and verticalization of value based oncology care continues leaving $STLN as uniquely scare and thus strategic from here. AONC has no speciality pharma piece and yet is getting bought for 17x gross profit. $STLN is the last multi state actually-acquirable platform. What's left outside STLN is subscale: Utah Cancer Specialists (~40), Cancer Care Northwest (~30), Western Michigan (~30), plus Levitate Ridge's early West Coast platform. There are 2,000+ oncology groups in the US, but almost none with multi-state density. Cardinal has the smallest footprint and no VBC capability, which makes it the most plausible remaining strategic — followed by a payer (Carelon, Optum) or PE. Key point is that we believe $STLN is the much better asset and putting the 17x gross profit acquisition multiple on runrate 2027 estimates gets us ~$25 stock. Not advice.
4th multibillion dollar M&A deal in cancer care in the last 2 years just announced. The multiple of gross profit is more than 2x the current valuation of $STLN, despite $STLN being the only asset with a high quality specialty pharmacy and a differentiated capitated biz model. And notice all the acquirers are drug distributors? Market validation of the $STLN model of cancer care and spec pharmacy synergies under one roof. reuters.com/business/healthc… Probably wrong, NFA.

More evidence that the implied negative valuation for Specs is far too impunitive. $snap
$SNAP "Trying is believing. Having tested practically every wearable tech that's come to market in the last 20 years, and been largely unimpressed, was absolutely sold on SPECS within 40 seconds," said Downey Jr. @specs

Don't see on Bloomberg yet but looks like billionaire health care investor Jorey Chernett has taken his stake in $XGN over 10%. Love the name also. Not advice.

It's been 189 days since @evanspiegel had a confirmed sale. The longest sales void ever, per what we can discern from filings. He's in a blackout window now. If the sales do not resume post Q3 window opening then that would seem bullish. We would love an insider buy, too. Evan buys stock here we would think $SNAP is +10% on that day. At least. Not advice. Just pointing out the cadence of form 4's and lack of historical insider buying.

Agree here. The specialty pharma side of the biz will keep growing fast. Hugh margin revenue. $stln team continues to execute and take share.
Needham analyst coincidentally putting the pieces together on $STLN just after hosting mgmt. Unlikely a coincidence, this mgmt team has been trying to wake the mkt up, and soon it will be impossible to ignore. Probably wrong, NFA.

This seems really positive for $stln as it validates their value prop to payers.
$HUM massive improvement in star rating. They launched with $STLN in 4Q25, just after the last round of star ratings were released. Coincidence, or is high-impact value based care a silver bullet for payers?

I applaud @BlueDuckCap for its excellent letter to the @evanspiegel and the $SNAP board this morning. Very well thought out proposal and presented well. And for the record, I don't know and have never spoken to anyone at this firm. I just happen to really like the letter and agree with the proposal. I hope the Board takes these thoughts very seriously, in addition to the @IrenicCap proposal earlier this year. For those that want to read the letter directly, it is linked here: mmx.prnewswire.com/media/MS2…

I think $MCD has a better shot of finding a bottom near these levels than $NKE does. People still need to eat. MCD, while not healthy, is still a popular go-to for relatively cheap food (I know its not as cheap as it once was - but its all relative). And MCD still has durable unit growth to point to. Don't think they have brand issues nearly as severe as Nike does. Not advice. Just my 2c.

I don't see an easy turnaround at $nke. Social media has lowered the barriers to entry on athleisure. I get ads all the time from no name upstarts with cool stuff in my Instagram feed. Clearly Nike is losing share in China. Hard to see what turns that around. Most abstract but maybe most important is that the brand no longer resonates as high quality and certainly doesn't seem "cool" at least from what I can tell. 20x on declining EPS. Not sure what turns it.

Thought provoking convo today on $XGN as the next $CDNA … what caused the rerating from 2x revs to 6x? ✅ end market with more demand for specialty DX (true of both transplant and autoimmune) ✅ rev growth acceleration from mid-teens ✅ crossover to EBITDA profitability The $XGN CEO has said he expects eventually autoimmune DX will be viewed like oncology. But before we get there, following the $CDNA path in specialty DX would be pretty exciting. Probably wrong, NFA.

If this is incredibly slim than social media owes @evanspiegel an apology. He just yanked a brick out of his pocket. Bullish $SNAP

Recommend Banyan's substack for anyone researching $STLN, the MASSIVE opportunity for the company, and their ideal position within Oncology today. If you want to skip the industry jargon and go straight to the MEAT just read the summary of the CEO quotes from recent conferences. These guys are crushing it, and it will be a much bigger company imho.
$STLN this is the most underappreciated part of the story. 75% of gross profit is stable specialty Pharma business. Nexus launch still very new and not fully understood (even by me, yet) but from having worked in that space, this might open up opportunity for huge high margin, profit pools within their existing catchment areas. And if they happen to win a contract in a new state, the stacking wedges start to look like an exponential curve.
