Honestly the problem at United goes far beyond Carrick. They could bring in whoever they want but nothing will fundamentally change until there’s a complete change of ownership and a new direction at the top. I really don’t understand why Maresca keeps trying this Enzo and Anderson with Cherki at the 10 experiment. It’s not going to work. The midfield balance is off. If you want to play Enzo that badly then play Bouaddi alongside Anderson.

Marc Guehi simply shouldn’t be starting for us. You cannot win a title with a player like that. At this level the margins are too fine and he’s just not good enough.
