Holy crap. Detroit trades Jackson and Smiley for Price. Gotta think about that one. Outfield defense was poor with Jackson. Brutal now.

Soria's ERA with the Tigers is 54.00. He makes Phil Coke look like Mariano Rivera.

What a nice game pitched by Porcello. Too bad the Tigers fielded like knuckleheads in the 5th.

Before Monday's games, Baltimore had the best record in baseball.

The Bosox turned 6 double plays on Sunday and lost.

Adam Dunn (CWS) leads the MAJOR LEAGUES in strikeouts again. He has 45 already-the next guy has 35.

Octavio Dont-tell thru 15 pitches last night and four were strikes

Give the Tigers credit. They picked Smiley (A/AA) as 5th starter from all the other 'AAA prospects'.He's been terrific.4 starts,1-0,1.23 ERA!

Kind of ironic that Inge is cut right after the game where Cabrera passes Brandon as the all-time home run leader at Comerica Park.

Without a healthy Fister, the Tigers starting pitching is not good. Scherzer/Porcello r4.50 ERA guys. JV won't be able to do it all again.
