He's not wrong, but he's not 100% correct. Building something as a soloprenuer is great. You just need to be generating way more revenue than this. I REALLY screwed up by having employees. It DID make the work go faster, but at the cost of my sanity. 🤪
The most underrated business model is the quiet one. 10 clients. $2k a month. No employees. No office. No investors. You take Fridays off and nobody notices because nobody's watching. It won't get you featured on Forbes. But it will give you on helluva life.

Reading replies i see that he actually means $2k/mo/client. That's still not right. The revenue per client needs to increase so you can make more with less clients.

Same dragon. Same.
Today's Medieval nonsense is an autistic dragon. I can identify with this, totally, Dragon.

I own next to nothing, and you couldn't pay me to take one of these things.
Should I do an iBook Clamshell giveaway? You all seem to think they are trash, so I'm guessing you wouldn't be interested.

No. I don't remember this. In the Topeka media market, Transformers didn't air PSAs. Its not surprising since the TF and GI Joe cartoons are Sunbow/Marvel products. But "knowing is half the battle" is universally known as a GI Joe thing. So who WAS seeing these PSAs?! 🤨
📺🤖 ONLY REAL ’80s KIDS WILL REMEMBER THIS! Remember when the Transformers didn’t just save the world… they taught us how to stay safe too? This classic G1 cartoon PSA reminded us never to ride our bikes at night without reflectors! 🚲 Those little messages were part of growing up in front of the TV. Who remembers seeing this between their favourite cartoons? 👀 #TransformersG1 #80sCartoons #RetroNostalgia

Last time I had to rebuild my life, I used literal milk crates for furniture. This time, it's empty boxes. I was going to post this as a 😅 but it's really more of an 😭 because I can't believe I have to do this for the THIRD time in my life.

Everyday on this app, I see people struggling with their status as an unemployed person. I've spent over 60% of my adulthood unemployed. I'm totally unfazed about having no job. That's probably a bad thing. Unemployment isn't something you should become numb to.

This has been a challenge my ENTIRE career. Accenture had me sitting around for 2 weeks doing nothing. I'm the problem for pointing it out. There were these network engineers at Waddell and Reed that sat around everyday for 2 hours and talked baseball. Nobody gave a s**t.
I don’t understand people that are okay with getting paid by their employers and not actually doing any real work, like do you not feel some sort of guilt?

I started drinking in college as early efforts at masking. Everyone is drinking so im drinking too! Spent years getting wastey faced and it was fun UNTIL.. I got blackout drunk at a friend's party and THREW UP IN MY SLEEP! I DIDN'T EVEN KNOW THAT WAS A THING THAT COULD HAPPEN!!
Asking autistics, what's your relationship with alcohol?

This is a false dichotomy. I partied my FACE OFF with a lot of people in grad school and, I promise you, they're fine. They live in million dollar McMansions. I'm the weirdo that's still struggling and I worked harder than any of those guys and it DIDN'T. F**KING. MATTER.
A lot of my college friends spent their 20s at bars and happy hours every other night. I went sometimes. Most nights I stayed in and worked, because I cared more about where I’d be at 35 than where I was at 25. I felt the FOMO. I just didn’t want to wake up at 35 with a full social life and no options. After a few of those nights it was pretty clear that path wasn’t getting me where I wanted later. Fast forward. A lot of them are boxed out of the housing market, stuck in the same career lane, and have almost nothing saved or invested. Those boring choices in my 20s are why our family has real financial security now.

Rolling through life single and childless means your life is wildly different than everyone around you. You adapt and overcome. It would NEVER occur to me to invite one of my friends to do something without their child. Like, wtf? 😐

We're living in an economy where a guy with a master's degree is delivering groceries to a 22-year-old who made $4 million filming himself screaming at video games. And we're still telling kids to study hard.

Ok. This time, we're doing things differently. Last time, I owned entirely too much stuff. Like a stupid amount of stuff. This time, im gonna own hardly anything. Back to the college days when everything I owned fit in the trunk of my car.

A couple of decades ago, I noticed that, given the choice between two options, I'll always make the wrong decision. So I tried to trick it and do the opposite of what I'd normally do. Didn't work.

Its amazing. College was 5.5 years. I had 8 roommates over that period. In all that time, I heard maybe 1 fart. In the homeless shelter, it heard like 20 farts an hour. That's before I left my bay…

“Why don't people go to the homeless shelter?” Cause there's no point dawg. Homeless shelter is a temporary solution. You're supposed to find permanent housing. That's never gonna happen for some people, so why bother?

This is an excellent example of the difference between an NT and ND brain. I took Omar's words literally. I didn't insert meaning that is not there. Lynne, on the other hand, is just making stuff up. The point is, someone died in custody. The cause of death is irrelevant.

"But Bob!" Yeah yeah. When you take someone into custody, it's that agencie's responsibility to keep that person alive for any number of practical reasons. The treatment of detainees has always been questionable, and ICE doesn't seem interested in making changes.
