Robert Pattinson reflects on filming 'THE BATMAN' saga and hints he isn't done with the character yet 🦇
"I really connected to it. It's just been one of those unbelievable experiences to shoot it, and I just want to keep doing it for as long as I can."

Quite a bit for me to ramble about out of this podcast episode 🦇
James Gunn confirms casting of the DCU Batman "isn't very far" and hints he will be close in age to Superman
"I'm gonna get everyone into account. One of the things that excites me is.. being able to pick a Batman who's actually the best actor"
(@SupesandSabers)
Despite what some think, there's crazy potential with a prequel to the DCU. I think this would have been another potentially great genre movie, which could have also touched on the heroic side of the past in the 1940's.
I hope the DCU considers exploring this again some day. Don't even get me started on the prospect of a JSA.

If Hollywood doesn't cast Kyle Chandler as Hal Jordan, nothing in this world makes any goddamn sense #GreenLantern
Clayface was certainly as described by the creatives, a rollercoaster. It slowly sets the stage and rightly so for the villain. But once you're on the precipice of that drop, it's a long way down from the top for Matt Hagen with both a very entertaining unravelling of Hagen's psyche that builds on the horror elements with a good momentum.
It's a sympathetic villain story that doesn't betray the melancholic evolution and necessary plunge into all out villain. Hagen arc is a great synergy of both by the culmination of the story. The plot had clear influences and creative flair from the gruesome body horror of The Fly, of course Feat of Clay, to the killings of the One Bad Day comic and beyond. It embraces the strengths of those but in turn the structure ends up feeling familiar and straightforward.
Visually I feel a bit mixed. The cinematography was great, and the way the movie captures Hagen's gruesome moments really put you on edge - but the tone and visual style of Gotham felt at times both something I was excited by, and at other times like I was left wanting more distinct and with even more identity.
The movie truly has such a winner with Tom Rhys Harries, he uplifts it in so many ways with his performance. It just gets more enjoyable along the way, and the nightclub sequence gets truly chaotic in the best way - You're rooting for the villainy at this point and it captured Clayface in his element so well. Naomi Ackie is really good and I enjoyed the somewhat Frankenstein's Monster dynamic that played out. The other characters beyond that felt more functional to the plot than memorable.
There's so much more I can say but we'll get into that in a full review on the channel 🦇
Haha 🫠
WB UK denied my request for the multimedia screening this time for some reason, so thank gawwwd for the odeon 'scream unseen' fan screening!
I was straight out the door as soon as @DCFilmNews told me about this 😅
Movie is starting now 👀

Some are speculating that #Clayface will be playing at mystery film screenings at particular theater chains in the U.K. today.
What do we all think of the casting for Mister Miracle?
Welcoming Josh Hutcherson as Mister Miracle and Mackenzie Davis as Big Barda in @TomKingTK’s forthcoming animated DCU series from DC Studios and @WB_Animation, #MisterMiracle.
