The Boise ZCR has been a top-down effort with limited public input, leaving neighbors in the dark about its impact. Majority didn't ask for these changes and the City hasn't shown the worst-case scenarios of infill. Public must now decode 1000+ pages without a guide. #BoiseZoning
"The proposed notification requirements for changes in use of single-family/household property in the Boise City Zoning Code are inadequate. Notices only go to adjacent property owners & those within 300ft of proposed change, but change of use affects entire neighborhood.
