BPD is looking for a missing vulnerable adult.Arthur was last seen at the airport in Boise at 12:08am. He was driving a rented 2024 Nissan Sentra w/WA plates CME2704. Arthur is not from the area and his family is worried for his safety. If anyone sees him please call 208-377-6790

Boise Fire and other partner agencies will be conducting a wildfire evacuation drill from noon to 3 pm today in Warm Springs Mesa. Community members may notice additional traffic and a large first responder presence in the area.

Boise Fire is on scene of a structure fire at Walmart on W Overland Rd. Drivers are asked to avoid the area and the parking lot as crews work to extinguish the fire. The store is currently closed.

Interstate 84 eastbound at Broadway Rd in Boise is shut down until further notice. Motorists should expect extended delays and should find an alternate route. @ISPHeadquarters

TRAFFIC ALERT: Southbound Broadway Avenue is closed at Boise Avenue due to a water main break. One northbound lane is open.
Boise Avenue is closed west of Broadway.
The closures are expected to be in place through the rest of the day while crews work on repairs.

The ACSO is doing an evacuation drill at the Ada County Courthouse this afternoon as part of ongoing safety preparation efforts. You may see groups of people leaving the courthouse and several emergency vehicles nearby. This is just a drill. There is no emergency.
