We have 2 choices. 1. the moderate choice is to handle things like Churchill would. 2. if we fail to do this we will have to revert to Henry 8th levels of toughness/brutality even torture to recover our Country

No one cares about Black history month.
And no white person should pay reparations to any black people.
Especially when neither had anything to do with slavery.
Black history month should be sent down the same road as child mutilation month.
Ignore.
As Black History Month draws to a close, I want to reflect on what we do tomorrow.
It was important that this year’s theme was ‘honouring our communities’, recognising people whose contributions are a vital part of everyday life but often go uncelebrated.
But to do this, the British state needs to move beyond warm words and confront our imperial past, so that we can build an anti-racist future.
That means heeding calls for reparatory justice and tackling systemic racism across our institutions.

Paris is boarded up and now resembles a slum.
Import the this world, become the third world.
France needs Remigration.
I see the Telegraph continues the purge of all its best journalists.
Liam is someone who defies the economic groupthink that has driven this country into the ground.
I'm sure Planet Normal will surge with Allison and Liam gaining their independence! 🚀
I was hoping to be able to announce this in my own time – but the media rumour mill is swirling, I'm being contacted by various reporters and others, and I don't like denying the truth, so ...
I wrote my first "Economic Agenda" column in The Sunday Telegraph 27 years ago, under the editorship of Dominic Lawson – filling-in occasionally during the late-1990s, before being given my own weekly slot from 2003.
Since then, while I've been heavily involved in television, and am perhaps better known as a broadcaster, penning "Economic Agenda" for The Sunday Telegraph each week has been the backbone of my journalistic life.
On Thursday, the @Telegraph rang to tell me my column is being scrapped.
I was asked, and have agreed, to write "Economic Agenda" until the end of November, as per my contract. After that, my Sunday Telegraph column will be no more.
Why this decision has been made, and whether or not my columns were any good, is for others to judge.
All I will say is that, as the first person in my family to attend university, sustaining a weekly column in a leading national newspaper for a quarter of a century has been a source of enormous pride for myself and my family.
Lots of people have been asking me about the future of "Planet Normal" - the hugely-popular Telegraph podcast which I co-created and co-present with the brilliant @AllisonPearson
"Planet Normal" has, over the last 330 weekly episodes, also become a major part of my professional life and my broader identity.
With Allison reportedly leaving the Telegraph as well, there is a lot of speculation about whether or not the podcast will continue to impart "news and views from beyond the bubble" with our usual blend of sharp analysis, humour and occasional outrage !
Well, I am delighted to confirm that Co-Pilot Pearson and myself are deeply committed to our joint podcast – and, above all, to our beloved listeners.
We will, as and when notice periods allow, continue our voyages through space every Thursday – perhaps to "Planet Normal", or maybe to another part of the solar system – so we can "gaze down each week at the madness of Planet Earth", as we have done since the Spring of 2020.
So citizens of Planet Normal, stand ready ! The "rocket-of-right-thinking", the "flying refuge of reasoned views", will soon be launched once again 🚀🪐👨🏭👱♀️🎙️📺
I poured my heart and soul into "Economic Agenda" and "Planet Normal". The Telegraph's decision to scrap them is obviously a huge personal blow. But I will always be grateful for the opportunities the paper has given me.
Above all, I would like to thank the illustrious list of successive Telegraph business editors I've worked with since the late-1990s, many of whom have become and remain good friends - including @Peston @RobertsDan @larmitstead @neilbenet @benjaminmarlow @cg_williams @kamalahmednews @MarkKleinmanSky @jamesrquinn (sorry if I've forgotten anyone, it's been a long time!)
On Friday, even though I almost always write my column from elsewhere, and despite being extremely disappointed by the paper's decision, I decided to go into the Telegraph and write today's column sitting in the newsroom.
I am glad I did - as being at the heart of the paper at such a difficult time allowed for lots of conversations, with everyone from junior production staff to senior reporters and executives, which reminded me that journalism, despite being an industry at the whim of seemingly endless and often brutal commercial and technological upheaval, is not only hugely important to our country, but full of talented, decent people.
See picture below, having just filed my piece, as I was heading out the door ...

Any danger that these dogs will behead people ?
So. Sheffield is proposing a motion to put all dogs on lead in “public spaces” and create “dog exclusion areas”.
This is proposed by a Sheffield Cllr called Mark Rusling of Brightside and Shiregreen.
There are “concerns” in the motion that dogs are allowed to “intimidate people”. 👀👀👀
We are a nation of dog lovers. We are a city full of parks and green spaces where dogs have always been both welcome and enjoyed.
What changed @SheffCouncil ?

Nearly two years ago I settled accounts with Donald Tusk unsparingly. With his actions today he has confirmed every warning I issued:
“Mr Tusk, politicians like you are the greatest threat to European nations. While you were in opposition you attacked your own country’s sovereignty with the help of the EU.
Now that you are back in power you are destroying the rule of law in Poland. Opposition figures are being hunted down and politically inconvenient court rulings are being overturned. Your media coup was illegal, and now you are threatening even more censorship on the internet. This increasingly resembles a regime.
In a single year you have committed more breaches of the rule of law than PiS dared to attempt in eight years. The EU lets you get away with all of it, because you were always Brussels’ most obedient servant.
And now you threaten to extend your work of destruction to the whole of Europe – mass migration, censorship, geopolitical escalation, wokeness, the Green Deal.
You are one of the chief architects of all of this, even if you now pretend to know nothing about it.
You are a Polish Angela Merkel. You are a Polish Ursula von der Leyen. And the worst part is that you are proud of it. That is bad for your country, Poland, and it is bad for our continent, Europe.”

Not a single comment on the ongoing slave Labour of the Uyghurs. Not a single comment on the Arab slave trade, but give him an opportunity to bash Britain and he will grab at it with both hands.

A pleasure to speak at @_polemia’s remigration conference today.
The French authorities tried to shut it down, but they failed.
The very idea of a native European acting in the interests of his nation is terrifying to these people.

Farewell Telegraph. 😔
It’s been through ups and downs over decades but firing all its best commentators likely makes it unviable.
Especially as its readers know exactly why.
@AllisonPearson your readers and listeners will follow you. Onwards and upwards.
This is a big mistake from the Telegraph. @AllisonPearson is one of the most fearless journalists today. She is the Telegraph!
She firmly stood her ground during lockdown despite the fierce pushback and articulates many "elephant in the room" subjects well.
Absolute madness.

Right now I am being sued for defamation by a person who works in a clinic that gives cross sex hormones to teens, and I have been charged with a communications crime by the met police.
These are two separate things. I have a crowdfunder for the former but not the latter.
If you like what I do buy a jumper or enamel pin or donate.
I guess the answer to the question, if not you, then who? Is me, it’s me.
