Amazing to be working on TEN this week as part of @boingfestival. The programme’s stacked with great shows from Finland, Spain, Germany and the UK. If you live in Kent then come along and see the work of some superb local young people. (24-25 August).
From now on… I will only drink coffee with a bear’s face on it. It’s such a pleasure to be presenting research on Bootworks’ NINE show at the 30th International Festival of Children’s Theatre in Serbia on behalf of @SolentUni and @chiuniMTP.
Oh man. Wish we had these for our JukeBoxes! The Loadstars have taken a beating over the years to say the least. Having power assist was a dream! 🥰

It’s a pleasure to be in Toronto talking about the research behind our latest show NINE @CYPConference on behalf of @chiuniMTP & @SolentUni. Enjoy this heavily filtered and shameless tourist selfie.
A lovely trip to @WOWRotherham this weekend with the JukeBoxes. Next stop @WalkaboutsTC.
After many years of devoted service the Bootworks van is being put out to pasture. Thanks old friend. @RuthACAdams managed to snap the second picture of Max’s retirement.
In NINE we ask young people what they know about that adults would be surprised by. Some of our favourite answers include: ‘You don’t know that’…
- We know Father Christmas isn't real.
- I once caught Dad watching inappropriate movies.
- We know you don't always keep promises.
