The problem with Ozempic or any of these GLP 1’s is that you basically have to take it for the rest of your life. You keep weight off by building better habits. Ozempic doesn’t magically build better habits for you. So once you’re off it, you go back to eating how you used to. And that old way of eating is how you gained all the weight to begin with. So if you’re thinking about taking it, ask yourself if you’re ready to take it for the rest of your life. If not, then making an effort to eat better and building better habits is the better option for you.

I see a lot of fitness trainers struggling financially. They’re doing good one month, and struggling the next. If you’re a trainer, you must ALWAYS be marketing yourself. Do it when you need clients, and especially when you’re completely booked out. Because out of nowhere 3-5 clients can drop off. Now you’re screwed scrambling for more clients to pay your bills. Market when you’re booked out so the next person in line comes in when a current client drops off.

Being in the fitness scene for so long, it’s honestly insane to see how I literally paved the way to all these “booty trainers” and “booty programs” Nobody cared until the Ferraris and Lamborghinis came out. One thing I know that no other trainer will do is document transformations. That’s what truly sets us apart. I believe in my skills and ability to transform people so much. These copy cats don’t.

I’ve been saying for years.. Ever since I came on to the scene. START YOUR WORKOUT WITH GLUTE ISOLATION. Everyone said I was wrong. Funny how 10 years later, people are finally waking up to it. It’s the optimal way to see results in your glutes.

You’re not going to like me saying this… But if growing your glutes is your #1 goal then you need to start your workout with glute isolation. Whatever you want to grow the most, should be the first thing that you do. Workouts like hip thrust, single leg hip thrusts, donkey kicks etc should be at the start of your routine. Make that small change and check back in 3 months.

You do know that you don’t have to be on a strict diet to reach your fitness goals right? You can lose 20 30 50 lbs without a strict diet. I wish more people knew this. They wouldn’t be having such a hard time if they did.

Honestly, what are you so afraid of? Why is it hard for some of you to start your fitness journey?

Doing anywhere from 2-3 sets and 12 reps each exercise is sufficient enough. These workouts only target the glutes. And not the legs.

If you combine that with enough protein and calories in your diet, that’s when the magic happens 🪄🍑

The problem with helping someone lose weight is they literally try to not eat. Like at all. You still have to eat to lose weight. You do more harm than good when you stop trying to eat lol

Your lack of patience is killing your gym results.

Your metabolism is basically the same from when you’re 20-60 years old. So if you’re 30, 40 or 50 years old, you can still lose weight. It’s not your metabolism. You’re probably just eating too much food.
