I get the point but “all hands on deck” remains a pet peeve. “All hands” means the entire crew, followed by whatever you want done. (Yes, I know this battle has been lost.)

Love P-town and the marina is great, with modern facilities, great staff… but charging slip/mooring customers for water? Really? $4+ for diesel is fair; $2/gallon for water not so much.
