I have complained about @auspost on here many times so it’s only fair to give them a shoutout when they do good. Big thanks to my local post office who correctly identified me as the recipient of a parcel labelled only with my name (WILDLY misspelled) and the suburb.

I often see authors complaining about having to repeat information on submissions because it seems pointless. It probably also seems pointless for agents to repeat guidelines, such as location requirements, on their website, the top of the submission form AND within the form. 1/2
