No as the point of all of this is the No Shows !! Those that are happy to pay turn up! those that are not happy to pay are hedging their bets if they feel like turning up or not, well that’s not acceptable

Yep It literally says she’s never run a restaurant or had to keep a fleet of chefs waiters Kps employed rent rates etc etc to pay

Blah blah she has no idea what she’s saying it’s ridiculous!! We’re talking about NO SHOWS !! just damn rude not to cancel, if your nervous, don’t book! If you pay a deposit it shows your intention and most places will transfer it if you have to cancel.
