Comparison between a run causing mild PEM and a run not causing mild PEM (not yet anyway). Figures are run comparison data, post run vascular tone gradual return to baseline, and sleep analysis pre run. This is just a first look at the data. @RenegadeRes

Reactive Hyperaemia Part II. Supine with a ring on each hand. Change in finger blood volume/oxygen (Fig.1), pulse wave amplitude (Fig.2), Stefanovska bands (Fig.3), before/during/after cuff applied 5 min at 230 mmHg. @ImmunoFever

Reactive Hyperaemia. I've been meaning to do this experiment for a while but received some added incentive recently. BP cuff at 230 mmHg 5 minutes, 2 rings on same hand, Polar H10 RR data. Pretty cool. See the summary text. /2 @ImmunoFever @RenegadeRes

Two Vagis rings, one on each hand, overnight. Finger pulse wave amplitude split into Stefanovska vascular bands, left vs right in light sleep. Central rhythms match (r = 0.89). The Endothelial-NO band is the most hand-specific: a local microvascular signal. Research use only.

I compared the Vagis ring pulse interval (RR) data to the Polar H10 single lead ECG for my entire sleep last night and for a 10 min segment of low movement. Across the night correlation was r=0.996, error of 3.4 ms, bias of 0.

Playback video of my breathwork session from this morning. Watch how the HRV spectrum tightens around the 0.1 Hz marker which is exactly 6 breaths/min, resonance frequency.

I wish I knew how this happened last night (Oct15), I’ve never seen this level of vasomotion in my deep sleep before. Oct9 is an average night. Breathing and HR stable (Vagis), SpO2 stable (Oxyring) so this is not sleep apnea. This is most likely brain cleaning vasomotion.

I think this is a miss by Apple Watch. My sleep last night. Vagis/Apple/Oxyring segment/Vagis. Good alignment between Vagis and Apple except for 2-3. Apple shows awake here but I was not and Oxyring shows no motion and steady HR between about 2:20 to 3:00.

Autonomic Multi-Mode Agent (AMMA) comparison analysis between 2 subjects. Heart Rate, RMSSD, Vascular Tone during Deep Sleep, Breathwork, and Quick Check. @RenegadeRes

The first Autonomic Multi-Mode Agent (AMMA) metric provided by Vagis.health app. RMSSD compared across 3 different ANS assessment modes. I can finally discuss and share AMMA data now since I filed the provisional patent yesterday.

Vagis app can search your genomic VCF file that’s saved on your phone. I was researching the SCGB1D2 gene and looked up 2 related rsID’s in Vagis. Looks like I am het for both variants putting me in intermediate genetic risk for Lyme disease. 🦠 @ImmunoFever

A couple gins while making the turkey yesterday (Canada Thanksgiving) and some wine with dinner and yeah my sleep data will show it. Average HR up 10 bpm, 155 min HR cycling, HR VLF way down, breathing rate up. However, quick check data looks fine this morning.

From Vagis ring, 10 min deep sleep segments from a 14yr male athlete - Max - and his old man 52 yr father, me. Very clear pulse wave amplitude dips for Max not related to HR, breathing, or motion. This is vasomotion that cleans the brain fluid.

PEM Post 4) feeling really bad PEM today. Figures here compare Vagis ring stand test from today Oct.4 to a control stand test Sep. 17. HR, HRV, and RSA. The test takes 4 or 6 min and provides great ANS and POTS screening and tracking. @RenegadeRes @fidjissimo

When the team at @RenegadeRes reached out to us to collaborate on sample analysis, we didn't hesitate. In under 24 hours we had a plan in motion, kits shipped their way, and vendors prepped. The Renegade team worked just as quickly to make it happen. Patient-led science means we all understand what's at stake with our work and why time matters. Millions of people are losing days to their symptoms. We are working rapidly to understand the biology of complex chronic conditions in an effort to find treatments that could help. ChronicleBio is generating multi-omic data on samples collected during Renegade Research's Innovation Inn. It was a multi-day event where #MECFS patient-researchers deliberately tracked their own post-exertional malaise (PEM) to help characterize what happens in the body before, during, and after. Across the event, the team collected 482 plasma, serum, and whole blood samples at multiple timepoints, alongside HRV, lactate, heart rate, blood pressure, and symptom data. We supplied collection kits for every timepoint, and our analyses will complement everything else being measured. We're proud to be one of several partners contributing to this work, alongside @amaticahealth, Alden Scientific, Arden Bio, Infinity Bio, CDI Labs, Theriome, @imyoohealth, and an MIT team from @ImmunoFever’s MAESTRO project demoing nailfold capillaroscopy, WAVi EEG, and Right Eye tracking.
