Rome hacks #visititaly @StRegisRome go stay at ST Regis and ask them for a golf cart tour. Get Max if you can! Don’t stay at @marriott_flora. @MBonvoyAssist @Marriott @MarriottBonvoy I am proud to be an ambassador, loved Rome till @marriott_flora ambushed me and messed it up.

@ITAAirways @StRegisRome take a look at the photos from Italy. @marriott_flora tried to ruin my vacation, but it started fantastically! Thanks @StRegisRome 😊 And @ITAAirways you did great!!!! Avoid @marriott_flora

@NatGeoTravel @AllThingTravel @travelchannel St Regis Rome was so beautiful, ran well. Go stay there and enjoy 😊 @marriott_flora not the same, ran poorly. But…. Rome is beautiful 🤩 take a look.

@StRegisRome @MBonvoyAssist @Marriott @JWMarriott @marriott_flora @MBonvoyAssist Had an amazing time in Rome, was able to stay at @StRegisRome for a couple days on vacation, they are run so well! @marriott_flora not so much. The management team there was not open.

Had a pretty poor experience on my vacation at @marriott_flora wanted to ask people to be cautious before staying there. First time using twitter to spread the word, I will get better in coming days.🤞

Ruined the end of my vacation for my family and I, I want to be sure it does not happen to others. Help me understand the best way to broadcast this 😊 thanks

@MBonvoyAssist @MarriottBonvoy @Marriott @marriott_flora @MBonvoyAssist @NatGeoTravel @AllThingTravel @TravelnNature @TravelLeisure @TravelMagazine Really bad experience @marriott_flora looking for the best way to be sure as many people as I can tell are aware. Recommendation?

@marriott_flora same here, bad service. Very frustrating @marriott_flora

@Marriott I am having some trouble with Rome Marriott hotel grand Flora and need to escalate beyond local management. Can you provide me with someone locally?
