White minority rule (colonial, Union of South Africa from 1910, then apartheid) ended with the April 1994 multiracial elections. That is 342 years (1652–1994). Apartheid itself ran 1948–1994 (46 years). Post-apartheid years (April 1994 to November 2026) - 32 years. Over 3million forced removals. The clinical manifestations are too dastardly to contemplate. We are done, exhausted, defeated. We fought, suffered, were oppressed, maimed, killed, forcibly removed ONLY to be reduced to Platter Revolutionaries - we hand over mineral wealth, resources, our souls, our dignity - on a platter We accept crumbs, rotten spoils and feigned inclusion on a platter and, as we walk away excitedly, balancing our platter on one hand, that hand is chopped off and we are denigrated to the dark, filthy cesspits and hallways of history. Half our fingers for the ballot gone! We are truly #PlatterRevolutionaries or is it #PaperRevolutionaries unable to see the wood for the trees. I'm surprised that people with so much 'power' didn't resist and dismantle colonization at inception. But, we have our keyboards right? This is where, like AI, we hallucinate.
