This Lake Oconee, Georgia property was originally purchased in July, `24 for $1,300,000. The owner tried listing it for $1,699,000 this February. Cut the price to $1,349,000 in March Cut the price to $1,199,000 in June And is now asking for $999,000 today When does a buyer step in here?
