Twenty-six years in, most of what Claire Kearney does still happens where nobody is watching. She catches the safety concern before it turns into a problem, keeps the maintenance team moving through whatever the day brings, and knows every contractor and vendor around Deering, NH, by name. Her work at Robin Hill Farm, a #RehabWithoutWalls affiliate, also lives in warmer places, in the barbecues and gardening days and ice cream socials that give residents something to look forward to and each other to enjoy it with. Executive Director Alana Cullen calls it unwavering dedication, and her example is the LEGACY value of You at its most generous. Twenty-six years of it, in one story.

November is #NationalCareatHomeMonth, which reflects the core of our mission.
Our mission is Helping People Live Their Best Life®. For seniors and those with complex, chronic, or specialized needs, this often begins at home.
The results speak for themselves. Patients served by BrightSpring have 35% lower rehospitalization rates than the national average, and those receiving home-based primary care spend an average of 360 days a year at home. This means more time with family, greater independence, and more dignity.
These outcomes are made possible by the nurses, therapists, pharmacists, and caregivers across BrightSpring’s businesses who show up in homes and communities in all 50 states every day.
To every home care professional and the family caregivers beside them: thank you.
Kristen Smith knows her patients’ needs, progress, and plans of care without having to look them up. At her #AdorationHomeHealth branch in Rolling Fork, MS, the Branch Director has also filled in as office manager, marketer, scheduler, and clinician. No task is beneath her, and her team gets a leader willing to take on whatever comes up while patients get a branch director who knows them personally. The example she sets every day sits at the heart of her Quality Excellence recognition. Get to know Kristen, and the patients she knows by heart.

At BrightSpring and our family of brands, ethical conduct, accountability, and integrity guide our daily work. During #CorporateComplianceandEthicsWeek, we highlight the importance of these principles in building trust, ensuring quality care, and serving our communities responsibly.
Our commitment to those we serve is demonstrated by the standards that guide our work every day, including:
✅ A compliance program modeled on the OIG’s Seven Elements of an Effective Compliance Program.
✅ Thorough background screening for prospective employees.
✅ A Code of Ethics and Business Conduct that sets clear expectations for our colleagues.
✅ A culture that promotes ethical decision-making, accountability, and compliance throughout our organization.
While policies and procedures provide a foundation, ethical conduct relies on each of us making responsible, principled decisions. By upholding these standards, we maintain trust, support quality care, and strengthen our communities.
Leading one branch through an acquisition would be plenty. Branch Director Chris Blaylock did it while also supporting a second branch whose director was on leave, taking on that extra responsibility without hesitation. Through a period of real change at #AdorationHomeHealth in Louisville, KY, Chris stayed calm and focused, giving both teams the stability to keep caring for patients. Her flexibility and team-first mindset helped colleagues at both branches move forward with confidence. That Leadership made her the Change Champion recipient. Read Chris’s story to see how she did it.

October is #FosterYouthVoiceMonth, a time to honor young people with lived experience in foster care and to listen to what they tell us about the needs of children and families.
At BrightSpring, we are proud of the work of #StepStoneFamilyYouthServices, which supports children and youth in foster care across a nine-state network. StepStone’s focus on family preservation, kinship care, trauma-informed support, and permanency is grounded in a simple principle: children should be heard, respected, and included in decisions about their futures.
This month, we honor the strength of the young people who share their stories, and we thank the foster parents, kinship caregivers, caseworkers, clinicians, and staff who listen and act on what they hear.
Every child deserves a safe, stable, and permanent home, and a voice in the path that leads there.
Medication management for older adults takes clinical judgment, close attention, and deep experience. This #SeniorCarePharmacistsWeek, BrightSpring is recognizing the pharmacists across our pharmacy businesses who bring all three to the seniors and communities they serve.
Through our home and community pharmacy and infusion and specialty pharmacy businesses, our pharmacists and clinical teams support older adults wherever they call home, including long-term care, assisted living, and senior living communities, as well as in their own homes. Our consultant pharmacists conduct medication regimen reviews, identify potential drug interactions, work with prescribers to reduce unnecessary medications, and help communities meet regulatory standards.
Different settings, same goal: safer medication use and a better quality of life for every senior we serve.
Thank you to every pharmacist and clinical team member across BrightSpring’s pharmacy businesses who makes that possible.

Earlier this month, Ashley Zaborowski took on a job she had never done before: setting up automated medication-dispensing systems for new hospice partners, eight of them, on a tight timeline. The Pharmacy Technician at @oppcrx in Glenview, IL, finished every one on time and without an error, stayed late to get it done, and helped other pharmacies with the same work along the way. On a short-staffed floor, she’s also the one who stays past her shift so the team can keep up. Colleagues say she’s the person you only need to ask once. That’s Get Going, and this #NationalPharmacyWeek it deserves a spotlight. Meet Ashley and read her story.
