NEW: NBA Commissioner Adam Silver provides no major update on expansion, says most of groups in Las Vegas and Seattle are not public, and wouldn't conclude there is only one interested group in Seattle.
Latest update on potential #NBAExpansion. Hoping something by the end of the year, but nothing substantial today.
