“But high-ankle sprains are often 4-6 week injuries.”
(I recognize the irony of referencing Rapoport to make a point about Lamar Jackson)
#Packers C Sean Rhyan, who left Sunday’s game with an ankle injury, is believed to have suffered a high-ankle sprain, sources say.
X-Rays were negative, and he has an MRI today. But high-ankle sprains are often 4-6 week injuries.

An updated look at quarterback EPA per play inside and outside the pocket after Week 6.
Justin Herbert and the Chargers have struggled to produce on passes from inside the pocket while still being fairly effective outside the pocket.

The goal of this thread is to provide the most intellectually honest comparison of Mahomes/Allen/Jackson you've ever seen on this godforsaken website.
I've got a tweet on each guy in the thread after this chart. Let's see how many people we get fired up on a Saturday.🧵
Sounds like an organizational decision, just as I thought. Yet you still have people calling Lamar soft for missing time, as if he’s the one making the decision to sit out. Makes absolutely no sense.

Has any Quarterback ever done that before, or even came close?

🚨🚨 Baltimore Ravens WR Zay Flowers has said his pregame ritual includes keeping photos of his late mother, brother and uncle with him, along with a Bible verse he has tattooed on his arm, and also listens to his late brother’s song before going out to play.
According to the CBS broadcast, the Ravens’ equipment staff even makes sure Flowers has those personal items available in his locker when the team travels, including the Brazil game.
