Brodey Bitove

I’ve had the opportunity to work with Brodey this summer with the Ocean State Waves and be part of his growth throughout the season. Watching him refine his approach and continue to develop as a hitter has been extremely rewarding. The underlying metrics from TrackMan paint the picture of a hitter whose approach stands out among NECBL competition: • 95th percentile Barrel Rate
• 78th percentile Hard-Hit Rate
• 88th percentile Walk Rate
• 89th percentile Chase Rate Brodey is a disciplined hitter with an advanced feel for the strike zone. Through consistent work, he has continued to improve his swing decisions, control the count, and create opportunities to do damage when he gets a pitch to handle. Beyond the numbers, Brodey is the type of teammate who works hard, embraces coaching, competes every day, and brings a great attitude to the field. He’s a player and person that will positively impact any program.
