I'm honestly tired of people attacking others over using AI art. Some people have made hating AI art their entire personality.
Here's the rule I live by—the **Three F's**:
**If you're not feeding me, fucking me, or financing me, then your opinion on how I choose to live my life, spend my money, or enjoy my hobbies carries exactly zero weight.**
Don't like AI art? That's completely your choice. Don't use it. I'm not asking for your approval, and I'm not asking you to engage with it.
I'll keep using whatever tools help me bring my ideas to life, and you can keep scrolling. That's how adults coexist. Life's too short to seek permission from strangers on the internet.

Discord CTO Stanislav Vishnevskiy confirmed they are ditching Electron and React Native. The new client is fully written in Rust and uses GPUI for rendering.
Early preview show massive performance gains:

I'll be putting up the Christmas tree next weekend, even though I don't have much reason to celebrate. Both parents are gone, no kids, and my sister will be away. I'm off Dec 19–Jan 3 with absolutely no plans. Even my 41st birthday on Jan 2 is looking pretty quiet. But the tree is going up anyway. 🎄
