@GEICO agents are useless. Mine did almost nothing to help me. They are slow and unresponsive. My agents boss told me, on the last day of my rental, that it was the repair shops fault and I should have been calling them daily. This sound like the agent job.

The agent did not respond for days when I did reach out. What is the agents job?? If I had been told they needed something from the shop I would have done that. I was told nothing. @GEICO was unhelpful and told me I was to blame.

My car was stolen and @GEICO @GEICO_Service was almost no help. I was told it is my job to harass both the repair shop and Geico agent to make sure the job got done. On Feb 27th my car was at the shop. Agent contacted me Mar 12th, I responded. No reply from the agent till...

Mar 15th saying their phone were wiped. Mar 18 tried to text agent, no response. Mar 21 agent finally talked to the shop. Now I am on the hook for a longer rental. WTF. The supervisor I spoke to said it was my fault that I did not call and harass the shop and agent.
