First trial of the year planted. 4 hybrids planted 1.25” and 2.5” deep. Less than 24 hours ahead of cool rain. Not how I would do it commercially - we are doing science at the SLC. Our data long term says there is a time to not plant corn but not a time to plant corn shallow.

Cotton box mapping is over. It is the most we have ever done at learning center. The pile of plants over 8ft tall. Great data to follow !! @BurfordHarrison @Bugman70 @ideasgotogrow

This plant needs a name - or maybe at least a nickname. It’s a DP 2127 B3XF plant that has become the unofficial LC mascot. We plan to keep it growing around the office for a while. Any suggestions??

The ThryvOn Difference. An example of the damage, maturity delay and potential yield penalty that thrips can inflict. DP 2131 B3TXF on the left; and untreated, non ThryvOn competitor on the right. Both totally untreated for thrips other than insecticidal seed treatments.
