☀️ GM #STEPN FELLAS! 👟💚 Hope you all have a wonderful week ahead! And what a week it's going to be... #STEPNathon 3 is here! 🔥🏁 Remember, you have the entire week, until November 2, to complete your challenge. There's no need to rush! Here are a few things to keep in mind before heading out. 👇 🗓️ Choose Your Day Wisely Check the weather forecast and your schedule. Pick a day when you have enough time to complete your distance without feeling pressured. Make sure you leave yourself enough time to rest afterward, too. 🐢 Don't Rush Your Pace This is an endurance challenge, not a sprint! Start at a comfortable pace and avoid going too hard in the first few kilometers. Save your energy for the distance ahead, especially if you're targeting 42 km. 💧 Plan Your Hydration and Nutrition For longer sessions, plan where you'll get water and how you'll fuel yourself along the way. Bring familiar snacks if needed, and adjust your fluid intake to the weather and your needs. 🗺️ Plan Your Route Choose a safe route with access to water, restrooms, and places to stop if necessary. For 42 km, consider a loop or route where you can easily access supplies. 😴 Listen to Your Body Don't try to squeeze in a challenge if you're exhausted, unwell, or dealing with pain. Take breaks when needed, and remember that your health is more important than any reward. 🔋 Check Your Setup Charge your phone, check your mobile data, and make sure you're ready to track your session. Bring a power bank if necessary. A little preparation can save you a lot of frustration! 🏁 A quick reminder of what's at stake: 🔹21 km: 1 Genesis Sneaker raffle entry 🔹 42 km: 2 Genesis Sneaker raffle entries, plus the 21 km reward tier 📱 Complete the challenge on both #STEPN and #STEPNGO to enter both Genesis Sneaker raffles! You have until November 2, so plan ahead, stay safe, and enjoy the journey. Every kilometer is part of the experience! Have a great Week, and happy STEPNing! 💚👟
