🚨 Project Completion – Former Porth Infants School 🚨
ASD Build is proud to announce the successful completion of the redevelopment of the former Porth Infants School, transforming the site into 15 new homes, including a mix of houses and flats. (1/3)
As part of our commitment to the community, we have also installed a defibrillator for the benefit of residents and the wider Porth area.
We would like to thank @CynonTafHousing and all of our subcontractors for their support and collaboration throughout the project. (2/3)

ASD Build are delighted to hand over the Longcross development to our trusted client @CCHACorporate . Building through economic instability in recent times has been challenging, however the internal team at ASD has pulled through. (1/3)
Of course, we could not have built this fantastic building without our brilliant subcontractors delivering once again for ASD.

ASD are pleased to publish our new Carbon Reduction Plan using data collected from the 2022-2023 financial year. An annual review of this document will be published every year with updated data, calculations, and targets. (1/2)

Update – Really good to see that the rendering has started on the first batch of properties on our @CynonTafHousing Group site at the former Pen-Y-Graig Infants School. All 2nd fixing is well underway and soon to be completed.
