HS4: Plymouth-Exeter-Bristol-Oxford-London.
Bristol to Oxford in half an hour would be insanely pro-growth. Plymouth to Bristol in 45 minutes would be transformational for the South West. And plugging it all in to London is just turbo charging the lot.

Newburgh House, Greenridge UTC
A Second Empire style American Victorian house, based on a real world example located at 230 Montgomery St Newburgh New York. This house has been left in a ruinus state with vines and trees taking over the place. it stands here on Newburgh street in the fictional North Eastern town of Greenridge and was built on the Terra 1912 server within the UTC region.
