🧵 Well folks… things are a changing. This entire thing started as a coup of a barstool handle and a few Sam Jacksons (IYKYK) later here we are.
I started writing my thoughts about USF and I am having a damn good time doing it. I’m glad so many of you like it.

While I’m not defending any one of them… It’s safe to say PVO is officially dead.

While it’s easy to blame Tim Beck for the terrible offense (1 FG)… and I agree he’s bad… this crop of players is in a dogfight w another terrible team.
…people don’t want to just accept that this years roster is just not good. And it’s most likely criminally overpaid.
Won’t be at the game this week and no stack…
My current thoughts on #USF: We are 4-2 and probably 5-2 soon. Roster isnt all that great and not happy with the OC… BUT… We looked semi functional and took the lead late last week on the road in the last 2 minutes against a 4-1 team.
And sure we all knew the defense would give up that losing drive but at least we looked like a football team again.
And so in year 1 of a total reset and a probable 5-2… I’m not overjoyed but not melting and I’m surely not condemning CBH. Plus we got our gold helmets back 🙏

In a statement this morning, the American confirms it is not expanding:
"The American is not proactively seeking additional members. We will continue to evaluate the changing landscape and opportunities that strengthen the conference and support our collective mission."

The culture and structure of college football is purely profit driven.
There are no more dawgs… only mercenaries. And we have to hire better ones.
