This award recognizes Coach Bollers’ continued leadership, dedication, and positive impact on our student-athletes and our community. Our program is incredibly proud to have Coach Kyle Bollers represent our program, our school, and our community.

After being crowned as the 2025-2026 CHSAA 3A State Champions, Strasburg Basketball finished the year as the MaxPreps #7 ranked small school (<1,000 enrollment) in the United States.

In the past 3 seasons, Strasburg Basketball has also brought home 2 Patriot League regular season championships, 1 Patriot League tournament championship, and 2 state regional championships.

Last season, his team broke that school record once again as they posted 26 wins and capped the season by bringing home the state championship trophy.

Coach Bollers’ program set a school record with 21 wins just 3 seasons ago – the first 20+ win season in school history. Two years ago, his team broke that school record with a 23-win season and a state championship appearance.

More recently, Coach Bollers has elevated his program to a 70-10 record over the past 3 seasons including back-to-back 3A state championship appearances. Our Strasburg Basketball program was crowned State Champion with Coach Bollers at the helm 7 months ago on March 14, 2026.

This selection makes Coach Bollers eligible for Sectional and National Coach of the Year honors!

Coach Kyle Bollers has been the leader of our Strasburg Basketball program since 2009. He led our 2017-2018 team to the first 3A State Elite Eight appearance in school history at Denver University.
