I believe most of the JMods aren't at fault for last night's disaster. The people delegating £100Ks on marketing to promote an embarrassing product are at fault. Allocate more time and resources towards quality and the current game, and the product will speak for itself.

My fiance lost his dad, his hero, half a year ago. Then an older brother only a few months back. And people are following him around in game "babyraging" him for struggling to put on a smile and entertain because of it. The human race never fails to disappoint.
