Just finishing up my refresher course for 2026 Seesaw Ambassadors! I am looking forward to creating an audio book library for my Pre-k class using the embedded YouTube videos. This way they have free choice in our library center #SeesawAmbassador @Seesaw
I hope my class is just as exciting about kindergarten as I am! Meet the teacher night was great. It helps when most you already know most of the families 🤭

Our @EISDofSA PK Spelling Bee took place last night. Our early childhood students were absolutely buzzing with knowledge, confidence, and school pride. Congratulations to all! We are especially proud of our @HBGElementary Mighty Eaglet for soaring to 1st place! @DrH_OnTheEdge

The hands-on learning experiences our @HBGElementary Mighty Eagle Pre-K students engage in are truly amazing! 🦋 Watching students observe the butterfly life cycle and then being invited to help release the butterflies was such an empowering moment. @EISDofSA @DrH_OnTheEdge
Pre-k had a great time on our field trip today. Dragons Love Tacos was an amazing production by the Magik Theatre! @CanalesItzamara @HBGElementary
Kona ice and career day all at once! The kids had a blast. @CanalesItzamara @HBGElementary

Mighty Eagles took learning beyond the classroom with an exciting trip to the Fire Museum as part of our Week of the Young Child celebration! Experiences like these spark curiosity and create lasting memories. Thank you to our staff for supporting these meaningful moments!
My class is learning all about the butterfly lifecycle! What better way to learn about it than getting to watch it happen right inside our classroom. They were so excited after nap when they saw all 5 had now become chrysalis. This morning there were only 2 😁
Yesterday I was scanning in books to my online library list and I failed to scan them all in during my conference 😅 finished the last box today. Still have 3 shelves to go 😅

🎉 2nd 6 Weeks PBIS Pep Rally was a blast! We reviewed playground expectations, celebrated our 1st 6 weeks attendance goal met, recognized student groups & Mighty🦅's & awarded our Spirit Class of the week🎉. Big shoutout to our 5th grade student PAC for helping me lead! 💪💙
One of my favorite things about my school is our Zumba nights. It really helps to have fun and dance away the stress. When they started it up last year it really helped my mental state.

Day 5 of Zumba with our @HBGElementary Mighty Eagles! Self-care is key to keeping our minds sharp and our energy strong. The Ohana that exercises together, stays strong together! Grateful to @grace_gonz6281 and @RaquelReads77 for leading our Zumba session.
