Just collected and vaulted this mega grail piece from a true #ArtOnBitcoin and #digitalart legend! @XCPinata was among the 1st digital artists to put art on Bitcoin (or any blockchain) in 2014, he was also an early contributor to @CounterpartyXCP . This particular @Sothebys collection (2024) of sub3k inscriptions catalogues decades of his portfolio and is a true masterpiece for the ages 🥂

Pretty insane to think that Ordinals are 7 weeks away from their 4 year anniversary Name another ecosystem other than ETH NFTs that has sustained a full cycle in crypto It might feel quiet but the Ordinals community strength is pretty impressive

Oh sh!t... @andreijikh just went down the rabbit hole. Except it isn't 2028...🤫
"The cyber attack seems like a very possible scenario because it's a way for the banks to absolve themselves of any role in a a financial crisis." "It's an easy way to consolidate banks so only systemically important ones survive 'the hack.'"

There is nothing to worry about. Nothing important is run on PHP or old software—except the water & electrical grid, a few government services like our missile defense systems and a handful of electrified fences at the zoo (for the lions, tigers and cobras).

Grateful to the Bitcoin Art Society for this first of a kind acquisition, LFG
Bitcoin Art Society has acquired IT’S A JUNGLE OUT THERE, Michael Hafftka’s first SVG Bitcoin Ordinal. Created from a handmade drawing translated into six-tone vector paths, the work is onchain code. SVG allows infinite scalability without loss of fidelity, preserving the artist’s hand while enabling large scale physical exhibition. Hafftka’s paintings and prints reside in the Met, MoMA, British Museum, SFMOMA and other major collections.

THE GLOBAL CONTROL GRID IS BEING BUILT. FOLLOW THE TIC, MIC & FIC. Everyone is talking about SpaceX potentially merging with Tesla. But I think they’re missing the bigger picture. We’re watching the consolidation of the Technical Industrial Complex (TIC) into an increasingly integrated global infrastructure. Consider what a SpaceX and Tesla combination could bring together. AI models and computing infrastructure. Satellite communications through Starlink. Robotics and autonomous vehicles. Energy generation and storage. Space infrastructure and military communications. Now look at China. While Washington restricts China’s access to its most advanced AI chips, Chinese technology giants are reportedly placing enormous orders for export-compliant NVIDIA chips. Meanwhile, Beijing is seeking to protect its own advanced AI technologies while developing its domestic computing infrastructure. China wants access to the American technology ecosystem while building its own sovereign alternatives. At the same time, American AI companies, chipmakers, energy providers and financial institutions are assembling enormous data-centre projects. We’re watching the integration of: AI CHIPS DATA CENTRES ENERGY SATELLITES DIGITAL IDENTITY SURVEILLANCE MILITARY SYSTEMS FINANCIAL INFRASTRUCTURE This is what I mean by the emerging GLOBAL CONTROL GRID. Not necessarily one centralised organisation controlling everything. But increasingly interconnected regional infrastructures capable of shaping how people communicate, transact, identify themselves, access information and interact with governments. Now add the economic layer. As energy costs rise and the cost of capital increases, the economics of this entire ecosystem become even more important. AI infrastructure requires extraordinary amounts of electricity, financing, land, chips and physical infrastructure. Those costs don’t disappear. They flow through the economy. Households and businesses consuming energy face higher bills. Governments and companies borrowing to finance infrastructure face higher debt-servicing costs. Meanwhile, those issuing the loans, owning the infrastructure, refining the energy and selling the energy can capture an increasing share of the economic value. A massive potential wealth transfer from energy consumers and borrowers to energy producers, infrastructure owners and creditors. And much of that infrastructure is increasingly owned or financed through the same global capital markets. Now apply my framework. TIC builds and operates the technological infrastructure. MIC integrates it into military, intelligence and national-security systems. FIC finances the expansion, structures ownership and captures financial returns through debt, equity and infrastructure assets. And as the cost of energy and capital rises, those who control scarce energy supplies and financing can gain even more leverage over those dependent on them. The interesting part is China. Is China building a completely separate system? Or are we watching competing regional control grids emerge, with different governments and corporations but overlapping suppliers, capital markets and technological dependencies? I suspect the latter. A multipolar political world does not necessarily mean a decentralised technological world. And the global control grid isn’t just about surveillance, AI or digital identity. It’s also about who owns the infrastructure, who supplies the energy, who issues the debt and who ultimately pays for it. The flags may be different. The infrastructure may be remarkably similar. And the wealth transfer can continue regardless of which regional power comes out ahead. You need to be building towards the ownership layer rather than the consumption layer, every month starting today.

🚨 BREAKING: BOJ INSIDER YUTO JUST SAID SOMETHING ABSOLUTELY TERRIFYING ABOUT EUROPE. “The decline of Europe is not a failure of the plan. It is the plan.” Let that sink in. The deindustrialization, the debt spiral, the destruction of purchasing power, the relentless capital flight. What if these aren’t isolated policy failures, but the prerequisites for an entirely new financial order? History teaches us that the greatest monetary transformations rarely happen during prosperity. They happen when populations become desperate enough to accept what they would otherwise reject. The most frightening possibility isn’t that Europe’s leaders have lost control. It’s that someone, somewhere, believes everything is proceeding exactly as intended. And Europe may only be the beginning. 👁️

Fair feedback. Summit was a lot of ground to cover, but Robinhood Chain is a big priority for us and we're not going anywhere. The builders who showed up early matter to us. More to share soon.

$BTC: “Quantum will hack BTC” My view is clear: by the time quantum breaches Bitcoin, banks, healthcare, logistics, transportation and security systems will have been hit long before. The entire world depends on cryptography, yet people who want to FUD Bitcoin speak as if Bitcoin is the only thing exposed to Quantum. Think one step further. You are talking about a GLOBAL threat to our infrastructure, so its not a Bitcoin thing only. Ask yourself how many weak hands panic sold, and ask who is buying Bitcoin for the next leg up. Still questions?
