At @ByteHint, we don’t sell “cheap dev hours.”
We build software that can scale, be maintained, and help founders actually win.
That requires strategy, design, engineering, and management, code is only 10%.

I will never understand hiring mentality of recruiters targeting and preferring people that want to work for the next 15 years instead of being ambitious individuals.
I don't want a 10 year commitment, I'd rather you hold yourself accountable to the highest standard and follow your own dreams and ambitions.
When it's time to part ways we do so happily with a replacement that has a thinker and dreamer, not some corporate slave boxed into its own thinking and structure of complex rule sets.
Building a team at @ByteHint, I don't want slaves, I want thinkers and a team that alligns with vision.
I hope in the next year I can achieve the company culture I dream to have, where purpose is held at a higher standard than money.
Bottom line- be visionary, be ambitious, and keep moving
Stagnation is Suicide.

I'm not the sharpest tool in the shed, never was. I'm probably nowhere near as smart as the tech bros I see on twitter.
Even then, at 20 years old I've managed to create a life for myself that no one my age could even dream of.
From struggling to write basic for loops to working on some of the largest apps over the years, I've gone from being a dev to managing and working along side a team that I've had the courtesy to build at @ByteHint where we help non-technical founders and CXO's turn their vision into value by building and validating MVPs.
I'll leave you with this-
Learn, adapt and keep taking action. Because inaction is the slow death of potential.
