The silence is deafening… first time Ace impressed me. He said the quiet part out loud.

TURNING THE BARREL UNDER YOUR HANDS CAUSES LOSS OF POWER AND POP UPS. Never was a fan of ARod but his and Albert’s is exactly how I was taught by the best Rod Carew. Guess who worked with Albert and ARod? Yes Carew. And look at their careers.

I’ve decided it would be best if I de-committed from Oregon State. I’m currently recovering my shoulder and will be healthy come fall. I’m currently looking into other opportunities.
Here is a quick video of highlights from this season. As well as some Trackman Bullpen Photos.

Every hitter I train learns to get behind the ball and why it helps them be more consistent.
It’s what turns weak rollovers into balls you actually drive with authority.
The cue I use the most for this: Keep your eyes behind it and finish all the way through the ball.
This helps you stay on the ball too. (There are many benefits)
These 4 MLB guys do it about as clean as it gets.
