California’s workers’ compensation system provides essential medical care and wage replacement for employees injured on the job. But rising costs and increasing cumulative trauma claims are putting pressure on the system.
CCWC is proud to support Californians for Fair Workers’ Compensation, a broad coalition working to protect injured workers, stop abuse, close legal loopholes, and advance commonsense reforms.
