Supported by the Christian Legal Centre, Hatun Tash, a well-known Christian evangelist who has critiqued and debated the Qur’an and Islam at Speakers’ Corner, also received £10,000 in compensation and costs after challenging the arrests.

It has taken Labour far too long to ensure the law about single sex spaces is implemented in the NHS.
Not only is it the law, it’s common sense. NHS Trusts now need to protect women without any further delay.
@KemiBadenoch has been clear on the need for safe, single sex spaces in the NHS for years. Here is Kemi making her position clear in March 2022.
